What a smart, warm, and wonderful human being! Having grown up here, my family and I decided to put down roots here in South San Jose. With just a month and a half between the time I made the decision to move and the date my then-lease expired (and other deadlines), we were really in a crunch. Jessa did a wonderful job of working with our busy work schedules (my mother, husband, and myself). Jessa patiently accepted everything we said, even though our purchasing objective changed throughout the process. She showed just how much she knew of San Jose real estate by compiling a list of homes just a tad above and below my budget range and preferences, and allowing me to make the decision myself after touring a variety of neighborhoods with her–all over South San Jose. Growing up here in the South Bay, Jessa has in-depth knowledge of San Jose. She showed up punctually to every meeting and took us around a variety of neighborhoods so that we could become as well-informed as possible. Her list was SO comprehensive, detailed, organized, and she was so energetic I could hardly keep up! We ended up buying a house $25k under our budget in this crazy Bay Area market, and it more than satisfied all our requirements! I cannot say how happy and content I am! There were pain points in the closing process, but I can barely remember those issues now because Jessa took charge and helped smooth everything over. Every penny of our mortgage is so worth it. Jessa found us a place with a huge backyard in a comfortable, safe neighborhood, which I so appreciate, having come from a tiny 4 plex down the street. She followed up with us after we moved in and even came to our housewarming party. She knew we were Niners fan and gifted us a Niner’s cooler filled with a ton of great beers. That’s the kind of service and relationship that you want with someone when you’re dealing with the biggest purchase of your life, and I’ll never forget that. We had several choices of Realtors® but we chose Jessa because we felt confident that she would not only conduct herself professionally but also with full transparency; something we feel is usually lacking when it comes to Realtors®. She helped us move and she staged our townhouse and sold it quickly and at way over asking price. With the house hunting, whenever we found a house we wanted to see or needed more info on, Jessa was on the ball and always provided what we needed quickly so that we could decide to pursue or move on. At one point we found a house we were going to put an offer on, but at the last minute, I felt that it wasn’t the house for us. Jessa was understanding and patient. Once we did find the house we wanted for sure, she was quick to make sure that we got the necessary paperwork done in a timely manner and that we were able to get our keys ASAP.
